„Метаморфоза“ е проект за надстройка на съществуваща жилищна сграда в гр. Враца. Къщата е разположена в парцел с голяма денивелация с наклон на североизток, където граничи с улица. Съществуващият вход се запазва, като се осъществява на полуниво. Надстройката е проектирана като трети етаж, разположен над съществуващия втори. Променено е предназначението на някои от помещенията на долните нива, съобразно нуждите на съвременното обитаване и желанията на Възложителя. Предвидено е и отварянето на нови връзки към градината.
На североизточната граница е изграден съществуващ гараж. В северния край, отново с директен достъп от улицата, е предвиден втори гараж, който, подобно на съществуващия, има врата, свързваща го с градината. В южния край на парцела е проектирана лятна кухня под формата на навес, като единственото затворено помещение е тоалетната. Под навеса са разположени барбекю, кухненски плот с мивка и маса за хранене.
„Метаморфоза“ е проект, който, съобразявайки се с даденостите, преобразява съществуващата сграда и я превръща в уютен дом с индивидуален облик.
“Metamorphosis” is a project for the extension of an existing residential building in Vratsa. The house is situated on a site with a significant slope towards the northeast, where it borders a street. The existing entrance is preserved, with access provided at a semi-basement level. The extension is designed as a third floor, positioned above the existing second floor. The purpose of some of the rooms on the lower levels has been changed to accommodate the needs of modern living and the desires of the client. The opening of new connections to the garden is also planned.
An existing garage is constructed along the northeastern boundary.
In the northern end, once again with direct access from the street, a second garage is planned, which, similar to the existing one, has a door connecting it to the garden. In the southern end of the site, a summer kitchen in the form of a canopy is designed, with the only enclosed space being the toilet. Under the canopy, there are barbecue facilities, a kitchen counter with a sink, and a dining table.
“Metamorphosis” is a project that, considering the given circumstances, transforms the existing building and turns it into a cozy home with a unique character.
